hamara almiya , Wazeer e Azam Liaqat Ali Khan ki shahadat ke baad Iqtidaar ke moqa paraston ke liye rasta hamwar hogaya. bas yun kahiye ke yeh ( game of musical chairs ) ka nuqta aaghaz tha. har koi behti ganga mein haath dhoney ka khwahan tha. kabhi koi Wazeer e Azam bantaa tha avrkbhi koi. is sorat e haal par tanz krtay hue Bharat ke Wazeer e Azam pandit javaahiir Laal nehru ne kaha tha ke mein itni dhotiyan nahi badalta jitne Pakistan mein Wazeer e Azam badal jatay hain .

yeh daur mukammal Adam istehkaam ka daur tha jis ka andaza is baat se lagaya ja sakta hai ke Wazeer e Azam aayi aayi chndri garh baa-mushkil aik mah –apne ohday par barqarar reh sakay, goya yeh bacha siqa ki hukmarani thi. phir woh waqt bhi aaya jab iqtadar ki baag dor askndr Mirza ke hathon mein aagai, magar yeh qissa bhi jald hi tamam ho gaya aur annan hukoomat general Mohammad ayub Khan ne sambhaal li. is ke sath hi watan Aziz meena amriyat ka aaghaz hogaya. waqt guzarnay ke baad ayub Khan ne halaat ke taqazoon ko mad nazar rakhtay hue –apne aqtdarko barqarar rakhnay ke liye aik naya nizaam muta-arif karaya jis ka naam bunyadi jamhoriat rakha gaya .

is nizaam ka asal maqsad aamriyat ko jamhoriat ka libada pehnana tha. ayub Khan ne das saal tak watan Aziz Pakistan par raaj kya aur barri dhoom dhaam se das sala jashnn manaya. is waqt koi soch bhi nah sakta tha ke Iqtidaar ki dor ayub Khan ke hathon se nikal jaye gi, lekin her kamal ko zawaal hai. madar millat mohtarma fatima jinah ke khilaaf election mein dhandli par un ke khilaaf malik geer tehreek chali jis ne Karachi se nikal kar poooray malik ko apni lapait mein le liya .
agarchay ayub Khan ka daur hukmarani aamriyat se ibaarat tha, taham is haqeeqat se inkaar nahi kiya ja sakta ke malik mein istehkaam aur taraqqi ka yeh sunehra daur tha. yahi woh daur tha jab Pakistan ki taraqqi ki sharah numoo duniya ke deegar taraqqi Pazeer mumalik ke muqablay mein sab se ziyada thi. ashra taraqqi isi kamyabi ko ujagar karne ke liye banaya gaya tha. is tanazur mein angrezi zabaan ke aik mumtaz shayar aur mufakkir elexdander pop ka yeh mashhoor qoul yaad aa raha hai :

hamara almiya , “for forms of government let fools contest. whatever is best administered is best. ”

tarz hukmarani ki behas mein ulajhna ehmaqon ka kaam hai. behtareen tarz hukoomat wohi hai jis mein behtareen intizam hai .

watan Aziz ki ghalib aksariyat khat gurbat se neechay zindagi guzaar rahi hai aur awam ki zindagi ajeeran hai. mehengai ne tamam Sabiqa record toar diye hain aur logon ko do waqt ki roti ke bhi lale parre hue hain. log gurbat se tang aa kar khodkshyan karne aur –apne jagar goshon ko halaak karne par bhi majboor hain. gadagari aur juraim mein taizi se izafah ho raha hai aur be rozgari –apne urooj par hai .

wafa jin se ki be wafa hogaye

woh waday mohabbat ke kya ho gaye

Mirza ghalib ne theek hi kaha tha :

ab to ghabra ke yeh kehte hain ke mar jayen ge

mar ke bhi chain nah paaya to kidhar jayen ge
